All orders are sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the item.  I some cases UPS may be used.  First Class mail and UPS Ground is delivered in 3-5 business days.  Priority mail is delivered in 2-3 business days.

All orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed Sunday through Thursday.  Orders received between 6am Friday and 6am Monday will ship on Monday.

All returns must be approved with a RMA prior to sending the item back.  We only accept returns on new items in the original packaging.  There will be a small restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping the item and non-refundable bank processing fees.  Please email us at store@gellc-usa.com to receive an RMA and return address.

We do not normally offer exchanges.  It is best to return the item and reorder right away rather than wait for return shipping, processing, and credit.
